We voted to suspend our meetings for the next 4 months.  Our next meeting will be March 31, 7pm at the Kozy Korner.

Closing the Office
– Jolene
Jolene requested all candidates pick up their suppliers shortly after the elections.  We must vacate the office by Nov 15.
We agreed to keep a year round phone number.  We will shut down the office phone and look at adding a number to Jolene’s family plan, to be reimbursed by CCDCC.

2009 CCDCC Topics
– Jolene/Thelma
We discussed using 2009 to focus on one issue a month.  The first discussion will be a resolution from Mike S recommending a better way to allocate county funds to get us through these hard times.  Other potential topics will be the mining fees, the hospital bond, county bus transportation.  We’ll take suggestions from the group when we meet in March.
On Nov 14 there will be a discussion around the state taking over management of our county mining activities.  We voted unanimously against this proposal with Thelma and Tammy representing us at the meeting.
