New Business

The newly elected PCP’s were welcomed and took their place with the Central Committee.  Gayle Lee and Roger Wuollet were appointed to their old positions. We were delighted to have Sherri Conyers join us as a volunteer in this election cycle.

Tools for the volunteers – Organization and information:  A PCP manual is being assembled by Karen Greeney, that will contain general information, voter rolls, and precinct maps and local elections,

A.     “Feet on the Street” - We need to get our PCPs out on the street, knocking on doors in their own precincts. Get to know your neighbors. This is a good time. We can listen to their concerns without pressure.

a.       Packets for “Feet…” We need a pamphlet for our volunteers that presents a concise and consistent message.  At a  reorganizational meeting. T/B/A, the CCD's recommendations, candidate information (provided by the candidate) and information on the CCD will be assembled.  Also, we now have a P.O. Box for use on CCD materials.  Thank you Nancy F.
