Attendees:  Jesse Lohrke, Roger Wuollet, Bill Eagle, Claudia Eagle, Bill Blank, Julane Grant, Susan Conn, Rita Bernhard, Earl Fisher, Tammy Maygra, Jamie Maygra, Dale Chambers, Donna Nyberg, Karen Greeney, Representative Brad Witt.

Salute the Flag

Mark Welyczko, US Congress-1^st Dist. Candidate - introduced himself and answered questions from the Committee regarding his campaign issues.

Minutes Approved as Posted
Treasurers Report Approved

Julane asked for approval to sign up early for the Sauerkraut Fest to save $25.

Motion so stated passed.

 

•         Bylaws update – Karen Greeney, Ch., Susan Conn

              Jessie made a motion to vote on each change individually.  It was seconded and passed.

A motion and a yes vote was given on each of the following section changes:

Article III, Section 3.1

Article IV, Section 4.2.1 - with the addition of language, "to be submitted to the elections office for recording."

Article V, Section 5.6.1.3

Article V, Section 5.6.1.1 - with the addition of language, "with the approvel of the Executive Committee."

Article V, Section 5.6.2.1

Article V, Section 5.6.2.2

Article V, Section 5.6.3.1

Article V, Section 5..6.5.8 - with the addition of language, "with the approval of the Executive Committee."

All other changes were tabled till the next meeting.
